Ouch. Yes, there are several positions/angles that trigger the gag reflex. It's also that these positions, while fun aren't necessarily always good because there's no control over what you can do. I mean, you can't really do much with your tongue or lips and obviously can't control the angle, how deep or fast it's going. So yes, there's a time for it and it can be fun but I would not be interested in giving every BJ that way and certainly want or be able to do it for as long as I can in a different position. Hope that makes sense.

I think perhaps the suggestion to switch from different positions may be the best way to avoid neck stiffness.
