Perberts, what's your occupation and how often do you partake in the hobby?

As we all know, this hobby is not cheap. With increasing costs of rent, insurance, car payments, groceries, it's really a "splurge" expense for many that are hobbyists.

Out of curiosity, what do you perberts do for a living and how much do you spend per month on this hobby?

I'll start, i enjoy myself about once a month for about ~$200 +/- $40 (1 hr sessions) and work in the insurance industry and make roughly $60,000 (before tax)

I'm guessing that some might not be comfortable disclosing what they do for a living. But it is interesting to see some of the data.

My pattern has been erratic. It'll likely settle down to more so twice a week, or at least once a week. 200-350
I rather not lie so I won't say what I do. I think I make in a similar range as you.

I work building websites for clients, although I am also retired and getting Old Age and Canada Pension payments.
Lately business is on the slow side, so it has been several months since I've enjoyed a Rub and Tug session.
My last FS was in the spring, and that sort of service is not really my cup of tea anymore.

naw seriously its nothing glamour's,, it paid pretty well after I worked long enough to check out all the boxes.
um that is paid off mortgage and the company pension plan which is nice to have but shit did I pay for it for thirty years.

not collecting any pension yet, but it should provide a good living waiting till 65,, not there yet but fuck its getting close.

had a standing appointment for almost a decade it changed once a week or every second week, for like I said over ten years. supper date, so around four hours.


still do have that standing appointment almost, sometimes its just social, get together do what ever. its really varied. for what ever reason we need to stay in touch..

Well with me I work away from home most of the time , as an Electrician , remote areas at times so can only partake away from work $100k +/year usually, but things are a changing . $600 or so a month on entertainment . I've met some real Sweethearts ,and some awful ones too . Funny you say you have forgotten to pay at times , I've the same experience with a few different ladies , just because we enjoyed each other , and comfortable together, always made it up to them though . lol

Don't have a high paying job any more.just a min wage at best But I am able to live on a lot less then i once did and still throw away a third of my income . I might spend 400 a month or a little more on seeing some one .

I am much like an indie SP, in that I work on my own, exchanging my services for money. One big difference from most SPs, though, is that as I have gotten older I have been able to charge higher fees. Another difference is that my clients are not committing any crimes by hiring me.

I get out for an R&T maybe half a dozen times per year.

I am an Artist. I average about 15 to 25 SP visits per year. Wish it could be more, but needing to think about saving for retirement.

Composer for TV, and film industry stuff. I don't spend a set amount each month, and I definitely don't do this regularly, because I'm only inclined when I come across someone that really intrigues me. When it comes up, I don't mind spending a larger amount $800 - $2000.

Do you like Phil Collins?

I've been a big Genesis fan ever since the release of their 1980 album, Duke. Before that, I really didn't understand any of their work. Too artsy, too intellectual. It was on Duke where Phil Collins' presence became more apparent. I think Invisible Touch was the group's undisputed masterpiece. It's an epic meditation on intangibility. At the same time, it deepens and enriches the meaning of the preceding three albums. Listen to the brilliant ensemble playing of Banks, Collins and Rutherford. You can practically hear every nuance of every instrument. In terms of lyrical craftsmanship, the sheer songwriting, this album hits a new peak of professionalism. Take the lyrics to Land of Confusion. In this song, Phil Collins addresses the problems of abusive political authority. In Too Deep is the most moving pop song of the 1980s, about monogamy and commitment. The song is extremely uplifting. Their lyrics are as positive and affirmative as anything I've heard in rock. Phil Collins' solo career seems to be more commercial and therefore more satisfying, in a narrower way. Especially songs like In the Air Tonight and Against All Odds. But I also think Phil Collins works best within the confines of the group, than as a solo artist, and I stress the word artist. This is Sussudio, a great, great song, a personal favorite.
