The piece of meat at the lower left of the BBQ looks a bit rare... perhaps you should place it more to the centre where the coals are hotter.

But, it's just a suggestion — It's my understanding that you know exactly how to handle meat.

Hmmmmmmmmmm... I've been thinking for a quite a while now that perhaps I should stop by so that you can handle mine — no BBQ though, I prefer mine uncooked.
