This thread has over 550 views, but only 5 of us did show up.
How to explain this? Is poker as bad as online porn? Carries a stigma of something BAD? Lots of people would like to try it, but...???
Don't want to loose hard earned $? hey .. it was a limit game, and some of us were complaining about it . It cost me all $19.50 … a terrible loss
As much as it was fun, we would like to see more people at the table
The questions are:
- would you like to participate in any future Perb poker games
- what blinds / limits or no limits would you like to play
- why this thread had so many views ???????? if you are not interested in it

you see, the problem is.... some people will not go out and meet other pooners because of the feer of being recognized..... others like you ... are affraid to use a CC ( trial of what? unless your SO don't know you play poker)
and then others will have no problems going out or playing on-line.

I wasn't afraid of leaving a cc trail, but I discovered some cc companies block their cards from being used on poker sites (Perhaps they had problems with people losing money then claiming they didn't make the deposit???). I tried to make a deposit with a couple of my ccs and it told me they were invalid cards. That's why I went the Western Union route for making a deposit.
PS I've won back all the money I lost the other night in one hand of no limit hold'em. Guy went all in on me while I was holding Aces over Kings Full house.

I am definately interested in playing.... I was considering a group of 10 gys playing every week or 2 in person would be good fun. I am getting tired of playing with family and friends ............Like playing with strangers.
