PERB not working on my desktop

It is strange. I used to access this site all of the time from my Macbook Pro laptop. Then sometime in mid-October, it stopped working. To get on the site, I have to tether my Macbook to my iPhone, and use that connection.

I am using Novus as my ISP. I don't have a PC, and like I said, the laptop works just fine if I connect through my phone. It must be either the ISP not letting me out to this site, or PERB not letting me in. I rather suspect the later, but I can't figure out why. I can still access all of the other pornographic and escort related sites. I don't know why Novus would say it is OK to browse ERS, but not access this site. If they were playing the moral majority, why would they be so patchy in their policies?

Has anyone figured this out? I don't really want to take my hobby out of the closet to discuss it with some support technician!

Reading the replies it looks like Novus is the common thread here.
Can someone having troubles do an "nslookup https://perb.cc" on their computer?

Alternatively, I`d try changing the DNS servers on your computer to something like Google`s Public DNS (http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/), or OpenDNS (http://www.opendns.com/). My guess is that for some reason, the Novus DNS servers are possibly returning an old IP (assuming Perb changed servers recently)...
