In the last few months (maybe longer, can't remember), I haven't been able to access this website when my phone is on Rogers 3G. It always says "the page is unavailable". There's no problem going to other review boards. Yes, the browser caches has been cleared. Phone rebooted and network settings reset multiple times. Does anyone else experience this same issue? TIA!
