How do you find out what the 4 digit number is at the end of the persons name to know who is who etc?

on Leolist if you're searching for the person's info, you would use the name plus the 4 digits at the end to narrow down the search. Using the name is ok as well but there would be many inaccurate matches as well. One can also narrow down using the city they're located combined with various other search methods to locate the person as well. Some providers do not use Leolist and therefore are on other websites such as tryst or twitter. When providing feedback, try to include where they were found, although most are listed via leolist, it is good to indicate where and how they were found.
i'd provide an example of one or 2 that are not on leolist, but that'd be advertising for them.
