Well you could try penis enlargment exercies to make it bigger. If you are dedicated and not unlucky you might be able to add an inch which would bring it into the normal range. Check out sites like peforum.net.

It may sound like BS but I've read enough about it to believe it will have some effect, and some rare people report amazing gains. I tried the exercises for a while only half assed but I seemed to make some gains (maybe half or 3/4 an inch or so).
