Not sure if this is what you're talking about. But I love having my head lubed up and rubbed/stroked (fingers/palm whatever not a hj way of tugging/stroking though). It's why I like 69 if she isnt trying to go deep the tongue rubs the entire flat of the head - feels great (yea once you get accustomed).
