Signing Peca moves Toronto very close to the cap so that means that Carter may end up signing for less with Vancouver.
Oilers were smart to let Peca go

I was kind of hoping the Leafs would resign Lindros, Allison, and Owen Nolan so that they could form the "Cancer Line".
I don't think Peca is a gutless puke, not do I think Tucker is either. Tucker is a dirty son-of-a-bitch but they are both gritty hard-hitting players.....

Ya it's forever etch in my mind...especially with all the hype from Domi, King etc... after the game.
The Bertuzzi fiasco was a good reminder to this "bad blood thing". It sure was a wicked hit.... and then he did it again on Dallas Drake in the follow-up game with the Jets!
