I'm curious about the policy of some SP's to charge extra for a BBBJ. Theoretically it would probably be to cut down on the number of BBBJ's the SP does, but it seems to me the ones who always practice the riskiest behaviour will gladly pay the extra, so it might actually increase the risk because those guys are always doing BBBJ.

That practice isn't very common, and I doubt that it has anything to do with reducing perceived risk based on volume. Most SP's charge a flat, all-inclusive rate and they either provide BBBJ (to most clients) or they don't.
There are a few Montreal agencies that have a policy of charging extra (usually $20 per hour) for each of DFK, DATY, MSOG, BBBJ and, in some cases, BBBJTCIM. This cafeteria style menu is not well-liked by MERBites, and the only reason these agencies can get away with it is because their base rates are so low to begin with (as low as $100 per hour for just CBJ and FS). However, none of the Montreal agencies whose rates are $160 and over have such a policy, AFAIK. Many just describe their ladies as GFE, PSE or YMMV, but still charge a flat rate.

I've noticed the youngest SP's are less likley to BBBJ than the gal in their late 20s to early 30s. Part of it may being young and hotter bodies they can get away with doing less. Maybe giving BJs is an aquired taste. I know that ASHLEY I had last Fri gave CBJ but she seemed to love to do it.

SP`s tell me there is a taste involved alright, and not just with the BBBJ. Some hate the taste of plain latex condoms, so they try the flavoured ones (banana, strawberry, etc.)
