I was reluctant to write this review because the last time I left a negative review, I was banned from the agency. But at this point, I don't see much reason to return when I'm constantly made to feel like my business doesn't matter.
I'm a respectful, friendly, regular client who would happily visit once or twice a week if it weren't for the constant disappointments.
Over the past year, I've driven from Langford for confirmed appointments on three or four occasions, only to arrive and be told the girl I booked wasn't available. Even after confirming my appointment just 30 minutes before arriving, I've still shown up to find out the girl wasn't available. I've ended up seeing someone else last minute, and those experiences rarely go well because it's not who I was looking forward to seeing.
My most recent experience was with Paige. I paid $420 for a one-hour girlfriend experience (GFE), which I understood included DATY (Dinner at the Y). Paige is absolutely beautiful, but unfortunately, she didn't seem particularly interested in the appointment.
About 20 minutes in, I asked if she would sit on my face, which is something I particularly enjoy. She told me she doesn't do that. I respected her answer and later asked if I could perform DATY in a more conventional position. She told me that was an extra charge.
I explained that I had already paid for GFE and understood DATY to be included. She said she would check with the front desk.
This was approximately 30 minutes into my one-hour appointment. She left the room and never returned. Instead, staff came in and informed me that Paige no longer wanted to continue the appointment.
I completely respect her right to decline any activity. My complaint is about the agency's handling of the situation and the money I paid.
They refunded me just $50 of my $420 because DATY hadn't been provided. So I was left paying $370 for approximately half an appointment, which was abruptly ended through no decision of my own, leaving me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and unfairly treated.
I asked the agency to make things right, but they didn't seem particularly concerned. I believe a full refund, or at the very least half my money back, would have been reasonable.
It's genuinely disappointing because there are several wonderful women at Island's Finest whom I've really enjoyed seeing. But I can't continue supporting an agency where spending $400–$500 apparently means so little and where a regular customer is made to feel completely unappreciated.
It's not just about the money. It's about respect, professionalism, and treating paying clients fairly. Unfortunately, that hasn't been my experience here.
