i for one have had great experiences with the ladies but like i told you before there is alot that arent
Yeah and I thank you for that, we did have problems with the phone lady at night falling asleep, or waking up grumpy and taking the call and not sending it out. I assume she was falling back asleep. After you told me what experience your friend had I did awhole lot of checking things out and you were right with what was going on. I took my phones back and am answering them myself. Everything has been alot smoother for sure. If anyone had any problems I appoligize, if there are any problems in the future I sure would love to hear about it so I can be on top of it.
When it comes to the agency I try my damnist to get great girls, phone ladies. I guess maybe the standard I expect wasn't being meet, which is my fault because I assumed everyone was doing what they are spose to be doing.
As far as the complaint last night, I did exchange a email with the thread poster, he did tell me the lady was nice, just wasn't the gfe he expected.
