Outlook group

Any reason why the outlook group rarely replies to any emails or texts ? Only 1 has replied out of the 5 or so who have recently advertised. But it does not only apply to them, it is common for provides not to reply and i dont consider "im busy" an excuse when you advertise constantly but not reply to emails or texts.

This is no way a dig at outlook group its just the recent issue i used.

Update since my post the outlook management have reached out for more information in an attempt to rectify the issue. Quality service there ??

Ok....The management at Outlook reached out to me as well and actively wanted to solve any problems. Excellent customer service on their behalf. Cannot say enough about the speedy service and care.

Does management actually have a different email? I've also been trying to reach out to the outlook group and it's been difficult.

I have tried to contact a few of the ladies in the group and have received responses. One respnded almost instantly and the other within a couple of hours. Unfortunately in both instances after messaging it turned out to be that I was looking for something else at the moment. Unfortunately the kne that I really wanted to see never got back to me on a couple of occasions. Don’t blame her she looks amazing and probably is a really busy woman at the time’s I have messaged her.

The Outlook should be an agency but there are some quality control problems when some ladies don't reply at all, even if they could say I'm not a good fit or they are too busy at the time...
