As it turnes out the restraunt industry has been usuing a form of it fo some time also
Ever wonder why there are so many asians or even and number of i imagrent workers in the fast food places..The likely hood is they are on a work vesa and basicly are working under contract ..msybe even through a third party .The little dirty secret thst the goverment allows
These contracts allow the business to pay then 15%less then the min wage and put them on salory .which means no over time for exsrter time
And you wounder why they could not get a canadian to work for them .because they dont want to pay a living wage or follow the labour laws.

Nothing is getting cheaper and yet we are expected to work for less.
The next time you buy that buger at Burger king.. or timmes where you wonder why all the staffe is Philopeno just be thank full that they are employed there or else you would be paying more for that double double and tim bits or that whooper
This is nothing to do with rasisum my dad was a imagret in 1951 and came to Canada under a work program when Canada need skilled workers .Back then there was a shortage snd Canada only was 7 million
He never worked for less then whst every one else was payed and could go tk any job he wanted .These contract workers cant ...theg are indentured servent ..basicly slavery that was outlaws over 100yrs ago
