I have been to Ottawa twice in the past 2-1/2 years. Tried a couple of AMPs that were fairly typical i.e. nothing special. One I think was Jade Spa on Bank St. OK session with older Asian. That was in 2017. Following summer was Star Health Spa on Laurier. Younger 30ish provider but again nothing memorable. I also saw an ebony lady at an indie location through one of the agencies whose name escapes me. It was a decent session. The one place I did want to try but just couldn't get there was Vibe Spa. Research indicated it would be worth a visit but it's out in Gloucester 10km from downtown Ottawa and I didn't have wheels. Just wasn't convenient enough.
As for Montreal I've not looked at independents but what I've found in a few visits was that the MP scene in the downtown core was surprisingly restrictive. In previous visits I tried Kama, Montreal Nuru and another place whose name escapes me, possible Elegance. In all 3 places the facilities were top notch and the quality of the attendants available was outstanding, all 8+ for looks. However none would go as far as FS. The gist I got was that given Montreal's rep as the place to go the MPs right in the heart of the city were also under close and constant scrutiny. Seems like I had to get outside that downtown core or roll the dice on an independent to get the mileage I was really looking for. I wound up taking Metro and going to an MP on Maisonneuve East a bit out past Old Montreal to find that desired mileage.
