Okay, I see what you're referring to. I don't think there's a way of knowing when that stuff is updated, unless you check every day.

Follow some local providers (we retweet each other all the time). Interact (like/comment on our stuff occasionally) with the ones you like. Follow us. When you find someone you want to meet, go to their web site which should be linked from their bio and follow the instructions and make a booking
