i am in the uk right now and i have seen massage parlours here advertise oral without a condom. what do yous think about that? how safe is it? what precautions do they take?

OH MY GOD. This has been covered so many times. Look in the Health forum, or do some research on google.

Everyone knows that it's NOT safe. You can get a whole bunch of different STDs from this activity.
