I called Adam and Eve 2 days in a row now at 11 or so and have gotten no answer-strange. Then it has an answering machine with someones name on it Shannon I think....I am wondering if I have the wrong number or what the hell.

Krista told me that while she is out of town Shannon would be the contact person. I talked to Shannon prior to my visit with Kimmy and she told me that she commutes out from Richmond and sometimes doesn't get there until 11 or after. Try calling a little later... or wait like I am until Krista gets back and deals with Drone's complaints.

Are you really patiently waiting for the owners return to complain about a 15 minute descrepancy? Do you anticipate a refund or coupon for next visit? Are you sure that you were short changed here? I am glad you offered that link to your thread because it opens my eyes to why a great number of girls in the business end up jaded. I am sure the owner has your complaint at the top of her list Drone and I bet the girls at AandE are more than happy to either "redo" you or make up for it somehow with a parade or some shit!! Get a grip on yourself buddy this is the stupidest thing I have ever heard.

I tried to book an early appointment so that I could take advantage of the discount and try things out.

I phoned the day before to try and book Britta. That didn't work out as the receptionist couldn't get a hold of her to confirm. That was fair enough. The receptionist said I should come in anyways, and mentioned that there would be a few girls available. I remembered this thread, so I asked what time they would open the next morning. She said 10.30 or 10.45.

I didn't want to wait around, so to be on the safe side, I showed up the next morning at 11.30am. The door was still locked. I phoned the number listed on the door, got the receptionist, and I asked what time she'd be opening. She said 10.30 or 10.45. I told her it was already 11.30. She was surprised and said she wouldn't get there for another 20 minutes.

All in all, not a big deal, but I was a bit annoyed as I wasted 1.5 hours getting there and back. Not the best customer service I'd seen from a business whose business is customer service.

I just got back into town yesterday.. And I apoligize to anyone that has felt annoyed with Shannons customer service skills. As of yesterday she isnt working at Adam and Eve anymore. I wasnt aware of her acting this way, and I really apoligize. Thanx so much
