20% is quite reasonable. Providers save at least hundreds of thousands of dollars on website design, without needing to create a secured communication platform that protects the identities of the patrons and the provider, paying a monthly/annual fee on encryption service and server maintenance fee, paying credit card transaction fees, or to bare the risk of cyber attacks and leaking private client and credit card information, and the only labour work needed is to upload contents.Even 20% feels like highway robbery to me! I'd MUCH rather find a way to give ALL of it to the lady.
OnlyFans is a lot less predatary than platforms such as Ubereats.

You can go to a cheap restaurant or an expensive one, you can live in a tent or a luxurious hotel. You are still getting the food or having a place to stay.
The difference lies in the experience and expectation.
The difference between OF and generic porn is that, with OF you are engaging with the content creator, and getting a customised experience than you would generally not get from porn. And people are willing to pay for it.
And with OF providers, it is a chance for the client to see their face, instead of dropping a few hundred dollars to take a chance without knowing the SP's physical appearance. The OF providers can earn a small income from content creation.
It could enhance the client and the provider's experience as the client will more likely see an SP that is indeed their type, and bring in additional business from those prospective clients that are ambivalent due to not knowing how the SP looks like.
I see it as a win & win situation.

My Onlyfans experience let me learn a lot. During lockdown last year I followed two muscle ladies who had excellent content. Videos and themes and lots of varied media. There will always be ones who will do in person services of some kind of course.
