I mean, the real answer is that it's a substitute for intimacy.

OF is basically a way for men to fill the void they have of loneliness and lack of intimacy without having to resort to somewhat morally grey area actions such as the vast majority of us on this board engage in. One could argue it's better than nothing. In many ways this pandemic has caused third party "vendors" like Skip the Dishes and OnlyFans to exploit individuals and businesses... onlyfans actually only takes 20% not 50% so if you tip 8 usd they end up with $6.40 not 4.
