...Does anyone know what goes on at the Greek Islands pavilion at Folklorama? I never travel there myself, but I just thought I'd ask anyway. :p

Let's just say that if you attend, keep your back to the wall and don't bend over if you drop anything.

Greek Pavilion

Entrance to the Greek pavilion is a bit difficult, as many of you already know.
But with a little help from the backdoor man and a bottle of “Olive oil” for lubrication your evening should progress without much pain in the end.

And don’t forget to pop your Greek cherries with a bottle of “Assyrtiko”

But as always remember, for your protection, like the Trojans did, beware of Greeks bearing gifts.

Hi. I've never posted here so this is my first time. I'm going to presume that the original question was sincere.

In regards to the Greek Islands Pav., I have been there on at least two occasions. I'd have to say I was impressed with a) the entertainment and b) the cultural cuisine (albeit a bit on the pricey side--not unlike most other pavilians though). Additionally, the venue has a professional and welcoming atmosphere to it.

I'm not a Folklorama expert, but of the pavilions I've been to, I'd say the quality of the Greek Isles one is top notch.

And, I might add, I thought the dancers (the female ones, that is) are quite attractive....bonus!

That was a big mistake!! :p

alter.ego7, you're a newbie, so I won't be too hard on you. Perhaps you should familiarize yourself with the terminology on this and other similar boards.

On my computer home page, there was a link to a Folklorama page featuring the Greek Islands pavilion. Having a filthy mind, I found it amusing, so I made my frivolous post. I can understand that you might not get it, but I'm surprised at themainmanwpg. He's been around a while, and should have known better. The other guys who posted here got the joke. Why do you think I titled this thread "On a lighter note"?

For you and anyone else who didn't get it, let me restate my original post:

"...Does anyone know what goes on at the Greek Islands pavilion at Folklorama? I never travel there myself, but I just thought I'd ask anyway."

If you still didn't get it, travelling to the Greek Islands, travelling to Greece, or just plain Greek means anal sex. ;)
