It's lower mainly because of the imports aka the asians. It's great for the pooners who like asians and cheap prices, it's bad for the pooners who like Long Term Relations with providers. providers here don't seem to last as long as they do in Winnipeg. Eastern Canada seems to get the europeans, Western canada gets the asians I love Canada lol...

The last time I was out in Winnipeg for business, I couldn't hook up with a provider( EC provider not a BP one) didn't get responses from email or if I did actually reach them by phone, they flaked out before the appointment. With the prices they charge here you expect a bit more in terms of professionalism?
