Alarm bells cause she lives in (or works out of) an ok view apt downtown? A one bedroom in a decent building might be $3500 a month. Not sure that’s in the realm of insane and certainly shouldn’t trigger alarm bells

She's actually in the west end near davie street, different incall than in the photos, unfortunately not nearly as nice of a place (though you can definitely tell she's a sucker for apartments with great views lol)
Booking via text seemed odd at first (questions going unanswered, an hour between replies, only text flirt replies which I kinda hate) but then picked up and became more normal later on.
$150 for hh $200 for hr is what I was quoted for hs, fs was on the menu
Definitely her in the pics, she's actually Belgian as well. Age I think is accurate. It's a bit weird in that she'll want to meet you in the back parking lot of her building to bring you up to her spot -- thought I might have been setting myself up to be mugged -- but nope it's legit, she just doesn't want to bring attention to herself. She's quite talkative and easy to get along with. The massage was ok -- but she only has her bed, there's no proper table. Unfortunately her bathroom kinda sucks.
She's attached a [sparse currently] fansly to her page, but it might have more in there to give you an idea in terms of looks? The video she posted kinda lets you see more of her face.

Tried booking with Olivia today. Sent her a message and didn't get a response for about 3 hrs. I finally got a response at noon after I sent a follow up text. I texted her in the morning so she might had been sleeping still. All good. She then starts responding consistently and I set up the session. Here's where things took a turn; I asked for her address and she tells me she'll call me with her location. I'm like "okay cool". Ten mins goes by and she calls me just to tell me that she'll text me her address. Weird but I figured she wants to gauge if I sound chill or not for her safety I get it.
I never received the address 😕. Which is weird because I'm the most laid-back person ever. Oh well there's always other fish in the Leolist sea. Just wanted to give you guys a heads up incase anyone wanted to book with her. You might be wasting your time

Honestly this doesn't surprise me, the booking process was pretty weird for me at first and I could totally have seen it take a turn this way.
