I realize that being called as a witness isn't a fun experience....god knows I still get butterflies when taking the stand. That said, your profession has NOTHING TO DO with the games this clown is playing.

Hate to say it, but yes it does. If even her side of the story sounds a lot like propositioning him for a prescription, imagine what his side sounds like. He was in the wrong considering it was his professional environment and he should be above it, but it's not exactly a rare scenario.

The college would of course want all details. There's no such thing as reporting him anonymously and follow through would be a must. I'd suggest just getting a new doctor and not bringing any "trade" into the picture if you don't want things to get awkward.

That's why I see a female doctor. She's aware of my occupation and is really cool about it.

Is he hot? Just kidding. Stick a speculum up his ass and charge him for it. :)

No, he isn't aware of my profession, but someone mentioned that he might have been a hobbyist and recognized my pictures. I dont' think that's true... it COULD be, but he never made mention of anything of the sort.

With all their questions for me, I highly doubt my illegal profession would make me look like an upstanding witness.
Do you really think that a doctor can't tell someone is a prostitute when they have them for a patient? I would think the monthly round of STD testing would raise red flags. As well as every time you would go in to get checked out because you think that you might have caught something and don't want to wait until your next scheduled round of STD tests. I am sure there are also other physical ways to tell when they are doing their paps smears and gynocological exams too.

Propositioning someone who sells their body would probably be safer for them because 1) you would probably be more receptive and 2) you wouldn't want to report them because YOUR sexual history will come out in court.

1) Report him.

2) Sue him and live happily ever after, assuming you can obtain your/his phone records.

The pot thing? You have options...

Tell him you're an SP, tell him the lunch date will cost X$$, or he can exchange for that prescription you so badly need. I assume you're not morally opposed to exchanging sex for services.

If he really makes you that uncomfortable tell him to never contact you again or you will report him and ruin his life. Don't however accept a lunch invitation and then complain cuz he decided to make it a "late night snack"

Seriously..

The fact that you even consider a desire for a pot prescription relevant to this matter shows you aren't thinking rationally about this...in fact, if this were true about a doctor doing this to you, then you'd be so livid it wouldn't matter at all (it ain't hard to get pot in Vancouver...and the cops couldn't give a shit)....My BS meter is chirping away...

....maybe you wanted to date the doctor for his money, but he said no way given your profession? That sounds a lot more likely to me...and you're testing the waters here to see how you'd be received slandering him???

Doctors do good things for society...my vote is you leave the nice man alone ;)

Unless she has "I'm an escort/prostitute/hooker." tattooed on her vagina. the doctor wouldn't know if she was in the biz. I don't know if Bobbi is going for monthly checkups, she can go every 6 months like I do. In a doctors eyes, she could just be a very sexually active woman.

Exactly! Since she is obviously "a very sexually active woman" she would probably be more receptive to his advances and if she wasn't, she would be reluctant to take him to court or in front of a review board because her sexual history would be brought to light. Who would people believe, a hooker (or someone who is just a slut,) or an upstanding pillar of the community?

What I'm disputing is that there would be any physical evidence that Bobbi would be in the sex trade. There is NO physical evidence on Bobbi's body to suggest that she is in the trade.

I wasn't expecting to have "I'm a hooker and proud of it!" tattooed around her nipples or anything like that.

Besides physical signs, (which I'm sure a doctor could tell all about as I am certainly not an expert,) her medical history would be another good clue about how she makes her money. For example, how many times in a year she goes in for STD testing, needs STD treatments, etc. Besides, since it is obvious that she is very sexually active and is looking for a prescription to smoke pot, what does it really matter whether she is a slut or a hooker? The end result is still the same.

My opinion I believe the doctor probably did cross the line but, my mind if you did report this. The media would I think would have a field day. Escort vs Doctor. Imagine if it went to court the defence would go Johnny Cochrene over you. This are the pitfalls when you go into this business whether it's fair or not.

Female Doctor

Sorry this is not related to the question but do you think the ladies might as well just get a female doctor to do their "womanly" physical?

Having a female doctor would prevent this type of thing from happening but trying to find a doctor who accepts new patients these days is almost impossible. You are have to take what you can get, if you can find one at all. At least that is the situation here in Calgary.

You're still missing the point I'm trying to convey. Let's look at it from a different angle. If Bobbi was just promiscuous, wouldn't she still request frequent STD testing? I know I would. Money was passed from one set of hands to another for sexual services, what's different on the SPs body than a body of a promiscuous female that would alarm or signal that their patient was in the sex trade?

And to answer the question I think Barry asked. Men have no business being gynecologists for the fact they don't have the equipment to relate with the patient. Him=penis, her=vagina see no match. Can't relate.

I don't even know where to begin to describe how wrong you are.

Shove your bs meter... It's obviously broken. If you knew anything about me, you'd know that it's not my style to hit on ugly, old guys who barely speak english and stink; doctor or not. I've never dated anyone for their money, nor would I try to hurt him just for turning me down.

And to clear up this pot issue, if you have a prescription for it, you can go to a cool place that makes all sorts of cookies and goodies. I know where to get it in Vancouver, Trust me.

Creole, as I have already said "I am not an expert" but I am sure that to a doctor there would be tell-tale signs of serious promiscuity. Even a promiscious pot-smoking party girl probably wouldn't have sex several times a day like a hooker who derives her sole source of income from sex. I seriously doubt that the average young drinkin' & druggin' party girls out there are concerned with anything other than having a good time and they certainly wouldn't be worried about catching STDs much less bothering to go in and get regular tests done.

Now I am pretty new to the business so maybe I am paranoid here, but I would think that full-time SPs like yourself and Bobbi, who see so many clients like you do, would get tested for STDs more often than every 6 months or so. That's pretty scary if you ask me, especially when you have guys like Hatrick who are out there pooning when they know they have an STD.

So, put the physical signs together with the regular STD tests and STD treatments and it probably doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

Judging by your shocked reaction, it has never occured to you that your doctor may know.

To stop other patients from being abused you could try to:

1} picket outside his office

2} confront him privately

3} file a complaint

4} sue

5} adverize publicly

This may help others who may have already been abused by him
to contact you which would strengthen any case against him.
Perhaps he already has had complaints filed against him in which
case yours might be the straw that breaks the camels back.

FYI, it took me a year to muster up to tell her that I was in the business. I told her all the sex I was having was for shits and giggles. FYI, back in 98-99 I was a promiscuous girl but wrapped up whenever I was having sex, pretty damn good for someone who was partying and having a good time. The physical signs are chafing, maybe vaginal bruising that is condusive to a lot of sex. Back then I was getting tested every sex months. Her recommendation.

When I told her of my occupation, huge weight off my shoulders. No judgements thank God. I told her of how many clients I see on average, all the safety measures and precautions and it was HER recommendation to come in every 6 months based on my services. I've been seeing the same doctor for 16 years. I not sure about anyone else but if I was giving BBBJ as part of my service then yes, chances are my doctor would've recommended coming in every month. But we're not sure Bobbi was coming in every month
for her female exams. I didn't see her mention frequency or nature of the exam.

And I've never contracted an STD in my 2+ years. Why and how? Being careful.
Check out Mariette Van Wyck in Kensington. last time I was there she was the only female docotr accepting new patients.
