ound:Thank you all for you imput. Unfortunately things are not working in Vancouver for the girls so they will be coming back to Toronto tomorrow. I guess is slow everywhere at the moment so maybe the best think to do is to stay home until business picks up. I wish you all the best and thank you all for your help.

Where is the linky to your website? Like Mr. Wonderful from the Shark Tank says, "never give advice for free".When i was in Vancouver my rates were $300 an hour. And i was busy.
Besides, your website for Vancouver doesn't have any eye catching talent. OTOH, your Toronto does.

Whatever the reason just drop your rates by 20 to 30 percent and you'll be busy as hell! Just kidding....
Seriously though I have no idea about Vancouver but when you posted your concern the first thing that came to mind is when a while ago I saw a girl from MGF in Edmonton and she told me it was extremely slow( 1 or maybe 2 customers per day) then when I asked her what the reason could have been she said " the guys don't want to pay that high a rate like 250 to 300.
So again I repeat it may or may not be the pricing system but generally speaking and I mean in any kind of business when it is slow a decrease in prices would be necessary and it would work wonders and it could also be a temporary thing until things clear up.
Reviews also play a great part in the whole process so until the girls get some good reviews you may have to play a litle bit on pricing like I said and it could be in the form of specials so you don't have to compromise your rates for good. Like always supply and demand.

I say, if you are going to venture into a new market, you bring the best talent right? The most stunning ladies, that will make men drop to their knees.
Don't get me wrong, the two girls that were here in Vancouver are attractive, but not "eye-catching talent," that makes a guy go "I can't miss this"

no I hadn't seen them.. yet. I meant that I have time off work next week to make a trip into Van for a bit of fun and was very likely going to try and make an appt with one of them. that's all.
and as they discovered this rate which they thought was competitive for this market, was overestimated to the point that they did a price reduction which still didn't work to the point that bookings were so slow they left with probably very little profit.

That is why i say it is the TO equivalent to ERS...lol,
but I agree with you haymitch, besides, as I mentioned before, there are the same amount of people in T.O and region as there are in the entire province of BC.
Another reason to make a Toronto a more desirable location for SPs.
Something I realize about advertising there. If you are a new ad everyone calls. Here, as mentioned guys think about it, plan, wait for reviews, its just different. Totally different.
