...problem is we don't have it here in Canada, and its not used enough in the USA.

If hes found guilty of this crime that would make him a repeat sex offender. Only this time hes resorted to murder to cover up his crime. I dont think we need worry about the death penalty. Besides its too good for him.

Just put him in with the general prison population and see how long he survives.

Intellectually, it's hard to defend the death penalty as there are many problems with its structure and if it really has a deterrent effect. But emotionally, sick twists like these should be done the f**k in. So I relunctantly support the death penalty in general, but in cases like this I support it enthusiastically. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
