Choose one, one that fits your desires. I want to know who would rather just watch TV over seeing the world

1. Best Oled TV in the world

2. Have a chance to travel the world with a budget of 500k.

I would choose the TV, I hate travel I have nothing but a lot of bad luck travel from getting sick and entering hospitals to agruments over loud hotel room neighbors and all kinds of shit. My last trip probably will leave me bitter for life. Stupid Idaho, even the name is dumb.

FWIW, recenty bought a LG C4 oled, my other set is a S90C. Woled Oleds are not behind QD Oleds whatsoever, I acutally prefer the LG's picture over the QD oled Samsung, more natural. LG's oleds are brilliant.

And yes I am odd and weird.

I watch tv like twice a year haha. I prefer playing video games or reading books.

I have pets tho so traveling is also hard. But if I didn’t have to work and I could just take my pets with me everywhere, and had unlimited money, I wouldn’t be here.

I’m super laid back and indestructible so noisy neighbors don’t bother me and I never get sick

Travel, so many places I want to visit before I go from the blue to the black. Australia, New Zealand, The great pyramids of Giza, China, Antarctica. Definitely not Idaho.
About twelve years ago I cycled across the Idaho panhandle from Coeur d’Alene to Lookout Pass. The rail trail system is superb and people I met were great. Sorry, I can’t remember how many potatoes I ate!!

Put it on a bucket list for five years time!

I’ll take travel in a heartbeat. Plus with that kind of budget I could go with some nice upgrades that might make the OP’s bad experiences a little less likely. Already been to Idaho though, not eager to return.

Australia has some gorgeous looking SP’s.

Being a human is not easy, the needs of the body and mind gets tiring and old. There is an escape but its one way. I wish we could cross over and leave and come back. I go on a trip and I am still trapped in being ME.

100% travel for me! Seeing cool new places, trying new foods, and getting away from the tedium of routine would be a dream come true.

I don't really watch TV, and I like to travel. With that kind of budget, business or first class seat and reasonably cheap hotel in good location.

I've already got the amazing TV, a Sony Master Bravia blah blah and traveled my entire business life, still do, so the glamour in that is long gone.
I'd say option C, have lots of sex would be my choice.

Tv is entertaining but nothing to compare to seeing new people, new cultures and new landscapes . Travel wins the day for me.

Masterpoonhunter's C option is also appealing...lol

Years ago when I was in school, grade 5 I’m guessing, there was a picture in a text book, social studies perhaps of Shiprock NM. It was a picture I found fascinating and I remember thinking I’ll never see this in real life, it may as well be on the moon.

Fast forward several decades and I was on a road trip with a friend from Dallas to Calgary. We drove right by Shiprock and my childhood dream of seeing it came true. It was all I had hoped it would be. That cross country trip was quite memorable am glad I took it.

Best thing that happened was shaw cutting my cable years ago over their bull shit contract. Which i won in court. Tv was original, creative & enjoyable before the internet started. Its toxic now. Ive travelled over 20 countries. Were blessed with a great passport and great paying jobs so we can go enjoy what weve been put on this earth to appreciate.
