So I finally checked this place out myself earlier this week, and I have to say it IS a good place. I would go again......but I have no clue what diggyd@z is talking about.
It's your typical non-FS AMP, and that's fine; "Massage + BS/HE". I'm glad we got a second AMP in the city to offer variety, instead of seeing only the one place we had for the longest time, where we couldn't get a massage without the phone ringing off the hook or people dropping by and interrupting the person I was with. It's supply meeting demand.
I was with Mia, and she's great. I'd guess late-20s, tight little body. Bubbly personality, and holds her English well to have good conversations. She did a great job on the massage, head to toe, leaving no muscle untouched. Dug in deep and hard to, slightly painful, but became very relaxed after....She got nude, climbed all over for a body-slide on the back and front, until the finish. The usual routine, but she did it with such enthusiasm, I wasn't disappointed.
My only real critique happened before the session with a bit of a 'Guessing Game" over the price. I was aware of the room/time prices on the ad. But based on the stories I heard in that previous thread I thought there would be more extras to be offered. After she lead me to the room, I asked what kind of extras does she offer? And then she talked about the usual BS and HEs, then soon after she reached for my junk, gave them a slight squeeze, and asked what I would pay? I took that as an indication that "extra-extras" were being offered, so I choose a price that I paid recently at another spa in Vancouver: $180, "for everything". She was happy and excited, she bowed out of courtesy; and I took that as the secret amount needed for those 'extra-extras'; but as I explained already, it never happened....
Another critique was the lack of shower service. Ad said there was, and I wasn't offered any before or after the session. Maybe it slipped her mind? Not sure, but being that we're in a heat-wave, I could've used one.
I can't say I felt ripped off, because the session was great; but perhaps my expectations were a bit too high thanks to what was said in PERB. Perhaps trust needs to be established with repeat visits, if these rumours are to be true? Who knows? But I'll test that theory in future visits for sure.
TLDR: It's a good alternative to the Lotus.
