doubt if prostitution is the real issue, lots of associative vices and problems with this line of work,
money laundering, organized crime, drugs, exploitation of run aways, exploitation of immigrants, disease transmission, non declared income, robbery
not that pushing it further underground is the solution, probably the opposite but who knows what politicians and voters will do when campaigning on morality issues
