nothing past 1st date -90% of time

I'm 30 and havent had serious relationship ever before, i started dating late in life and meeting and being social with the opposite sex. hmm maybe around 26.
so far i have dated and met a few through online dating sites and also randomly at coffee shops, library, malls, or even walk down the street. ehhe.

the thing is 90% of the dates i get end up being just a one time coffee date or walk in park and nothing more. they dont want to see me anymore--no 2nd, 3rd,4th. 5th.......etc date or even relationship. i phone em for 2nd date and they either give excuses-busy,have plans already, studying witha friend or just say no interested. -another said i was boring.

the longest i had was like 5 dates till she said we have to break up.

this happens with asian girls local to vancouver and esl asian girls who just come to vancouver to study for 1 yr. i'm a asian guy

typical converstaion be like-your job, what u do on weekend, hobbies, travelling.....etc whatever

funny thing is i really like to now why??? why is this happening? is it a common thing. are girls that hard to please and very picky

My first thought is that if they (ESL ladies) are only in Canada for a year, then perhaps they don't want to get into a potentially long-distance relationship.

As to otherwise, the women are only hard to please and picky if those are the women (aka picky and hard to please) that you are taking on dates.
