Not hearing back from WCA recently

I’m a regular at WCA and has booked multiple times this year and it has always been pleasant.

However, starting last week. I’m not able to get any responses from their emails. The phone number didn’t work either. This is pretty weird. They have been a bit slow in responses recently but I was still able to at least get responses in 1-3 days. Starting last week, they haven’t replied to me after a week. Is anyone experiencing the same?

I haven't book in a few months but when I did I always had quick responses (a few hours or a day at most)
