West and North Van are SP dead zones. Surrey is the danger zone.
They really need to bring more places honestly. Too many rich old dudes here willing to spend money after a session of golf or tennis at hollyburn
I live on North Shore and work in West Vancouver….yes there’s old guys with a lot of money but then you get the rich guy’s house wives that have absolutely nothing to do during the day between getting their hair done and attending Pilates class, and they would definitely pull the “Karen Card” and see these places shut down really fast!
5 Oceans Spa in West Vancouver definitely fell victim to that!
Rich Guy’s House Wife! RGHW. There’s something! A fantasy opportunity for some enterprising trophy wife while her husband is at work or out of town! In calls in her laneway outbuilding. How much would that experience be worth to you?

That’s true yea. To be fair though places like lilys is still open with very clear advertising like their website
