you'd think Montrealers would be used to driving in snowy conditions?

Icy layer covered with snow = no tires in this world will grip on a hill unless you can get a soft spot . The city should have closed that side street .

But in the case of Burnaby as Pierrecoeur talked about it was one of their main arteries today ....boundary was a mess with buses unable to get in the ruts to get some traction . Unacceptable that a city manager doesn't assign a truck to plow and salt one of the main hills like Boundary none stop.

I spent a winter on the B.C mainland and have seen the amount of freezing rain you get.

I was amazed the transit buses wouldn't run auto chains.
