Anybody know what is considered a nonessential service? The government has announced all nonessential services to shut down starting today. Once again the government is very vague regarding what is, and what isn't an essential service.
Which government announced this? I can't find any reference in the news for BC or Canada. Thanks.Anybody know what is considered a nonessential service? Could be Manitoba only. Once again they have a list but are rather vague in their descriptions. Same as rent. Manitoba states you have to pay your rent, but if you don't you can't be evicted. So what they are saying without saying it is rent does not have to be paid.Which government announced this? I can't find any reference in the news for BC or Canada. Thanks.
Thanks for clarifying. Ontario and BC has both published list of essential businesses, but BC hasn't declared closure of all non essential businesses yet.Could be Manitoba only. Fricking government.
Not sure why I’m still going to work either.I don't know why construction is considered essential. Like if you're building something health related then yeah sure but i'm working in a residential low rise right now. And conditions on construction sites are not the best out there. Usually I don't mind but with this virus going on makes me pretty nervous.
FWIW...Anybody know what is considered a nonessential service?
