To the OP, by how obsessed you seem to be over her silence, I would say that it was wise of her to stop seeing you.
To Mona, you are just a human like the rest of us. Sure it would be nice of you to send a short message letting the John know it is done and over, but i wouldn't go so far as to call yourself a jerk.
I consider myself to be a fairly decent and moral person, and while not proud of it have ghosted on women who get to obsessive, or just seem crazy, or are cruel and angry.

you have no idea what she has going on in the rest of her life, friends family health issues vacation etc etc,
I would suggest your not all that important to her, don't take it personally, I tried to get together with some people over Easter, and they had other things to do and certain family members never answer my calls that is life. move on,,,
