No NoC?

Hi all...

I have asked several ladies (or whoever is typing their ads) as to what "No NoC" means in the ad, and I am getting no replies.
Does anyone know?
I have included a recent ad with NoC in the description.

A lot of the Asian ads in Vancouver advertise No-C to “discreetly” advertise no condom/bbfs. So, I’m guessing if listed as a restriction, it means no bbfs (probably copied from a Vancouver ad).
