There are many articles about this drug, if you do a google search. best to just simply say no, or if you cannot seek help through the links I posted previously... If you encounter someone using, recommend they seek help and send them links to the 12 step program. We need to educate each other and stop turning a blind eye. Thankful there are people out there who actually care and are willing to have open dialogue about this.

It is hard for me to be sympathetic because I really don't understand why people would even do this stuff recreationally. What is the point?

The BC Coroners Service says the number of illicit drug deaths in the province in the first nine months of 2016 at 555 have now surpassed last year's total of 508. Fentanyl remains a major contributor to the high number.
