Some people enjoy agencies and there are some very reputable ones. I just prefer the independents with their self-sufficiency, creativity, confidence, and individuality.

A Quick Look through Tryst and Perb I can see lots of amazing “independent” ladies, I find when booking Indies it helps if I am organized with a day/time/length etc, just to name a few I have seen…

many providers struggle to find clients right now. I have seen you and other on twitter complain about this.
One things is for sure, when I see a lady bashing someone (or dudes in general) without any context on Twitter or here, it’s an instant no go for me…
I have lots of inquiries. But I won’t compromise my safety or integrity to see someone who won’t screen, haggles, is rude, etc. I could be seeing multiple people a day but I’d have bad experiences. So no, I don’t struggle to find clients; I struggle to find good clients.
No good clients? Or no good clients who will want to see you?
While being in a space with other people around can make things safer, many agencies do NOT have the safety of their workers at heart, and will allow known unsafe clients to book with new girls. This is especially problematic for outcalls.
Honestly, I wouldn't be able to come up with a list for you. I've talked to quite a few colleagues over the years who have shared similar sentiments - agencies would send them to clients who had behaved badly with other workers, and life got a lot better once they went indy and they had full control over who they saw.
Obviously there are upsides too - not having to market and handle the booking process yourself is a big one. And I'm sure some agencies do a pretty good job looking out for their workers.
Glad you're open to seeing indies! LL is indeed a gamble, but if you find someone with a good web presence (personal site, Twitter, ads in multiple places etc) that's a pretty good sign. Scheduling can be trickier, but often worth the effort.
There are quite a few superb Indy’s out there. Having said that though everyone’s experiences are different. If you ready to spend a bit extra then there are quite a few options.

You should probably be able to come up with a list if you are going to make such accusations.
Not saying you are wrong necessarily.
But its quite the accusation to throw out without being able to back it up.
If you don't back it up, it could look like you are just trying to attack others business because yours isn't doing to well (not saying thats the case) just thats how it appears.
Looking forward to seeing your list of agencies that are not SAFE!

I have seen 4 out of 5 and would say mid to below average on all.
Certainly extreme use of photos editing and lying about ages!
I'm not going to be doing that, but there are plenty of people that have talked about their former experiences with agencies on Twitter. They aren't naming them publicly, for good reason, but will warn other providers privately. Do you think I want these agencies coming after me?
I simply wanted to gently push back on the claim that agencies are inherently safer for providers.

I can appreciate that being independent is hard. These ladies run their own business, deal with difficult, rude, and demanding clients, or worse, always have to be concerned about their safety, and have to maintain their bodies and mental well being to keep doing what they do. I can for sure see why someone would get jaded or bitter, or let quality slide... it's not easy. Agencies do have more consistency which is nice but I've had my best, and worst, experiences with independents. Seeing a reputable independent would always be preferable to me, as hard as they can be to come by.

They have a category of their own, and I don't even think "independent providers" apply at all, they are simply scammers. I just want to chime in here to back up what Ruby said, some of my absolute worst experiences were working for agencies. Some agency owners are straight up pimps. One agency in Whistler, told me pretend you have a french accent. he wants a french girl lol. Another agency here in town sent me to a client an hour away for a discounted rate who tried to cross so many boundaries, was really pushy, demandig, and very creepy, tried to get my phone number and tried to have sex without a condom. I later found out that guy gets discounted because he's the agencies spy to see what a girl will and won't do. I lasted a week at that place before I just ghosted them. I worked at a place in a different city where a new girl came back to the brothel covered in bite marks in tears because she didn't know how to say no to an agency regular. I can go all day telling horror stories about various agencies.
These were a really long time ago, seeing as how I've been independent for over a decade, so the actual who and what is irrelevant today.
Some agencies are great tho. I have fond memories of some of the places I've worked and I've met some life long friends in agencies as well
the funniest thing about this thread is there is actually a “yachmaster” member!
He didn’t like this post though so maybe they did raise yachts mooring fees.
