Confirmed that this is a scammer using stolen pics from a verified SP in Calgary, although the Calgary ad also is kind of 'scammy' feeling.
Anyway, the BC scammer is running ads in lots of cities: Victoria, North Van, Kelowna, and probably tons more across Canada but three is enough for me to confirm it's a scam of some kind.
