You seem to be interpreting what Rubin said as meaning it takes six visits but what I believe he is actually saying is that it takes six times as much effort to get a new client as it does to retain an existing client. That doesn't only apply to the escort business but to business in general. Once you've got a client and they are happy with the service/product, they are inclined to continue to be clients. Getting someone to make that initial purchase is much more difficult, whether you're selling blue jeans, vehicles, sex or anything else.
