Just curious what do you pooners make of this? Would the officers raid a parlour and actually charge the customers “in action”?

I didn't see anything in the article about arresting pooners. I think they are responding to nieghborhood complaints or human trafficing rackets.

I think the real threat comes from Revenue Canada and CBSA.

Now if they would just fully legalize it they could tax and monitor the situation. Even give work visas

I doubt they are allowed to work in Canada and they likely don't declare the cash we give them as income.
