For example, Telford is one area known to have lots of providers but just neighboring high rises have tons as well.

Is this a coincidence? Or is there a pattern with them all in a group chat or something?

Someone who lives in Burnaby could likely give you a better answer but id assume
Less expensive than downtown (while still being expensive.
Lots of transit.
Decent amount of free parking (atleast compared to vancouver)
Closer to Surrey, Coquitlam, etc. very central location in the GVA

As far as them being concentrated in the same areas/ high rises, the same thing happens downtown. Providers and agencies are often in the same buildings downtown or areas. not sure why they pick the particular buildings, alot of the time its very large busy ones.

I would agree and say that being central is probably the key one. Close to downtown and Surrey, kind of the middle point.

I wonder if providers being in the same building often boils down to the building manager knowing what is going.

In our experience over the years, building managers and concierges know full well what is going on. They just don't care. As long as there are no complaints, you allow access for the Dryer Vent, Fire Alarm, no water, cleaning, repairing and tests schedules, and don't cause them extra work or grief, they have more important things to worry about. Being a respectful tenant in most cases is all you need.

To add to this
Don’t sneak into the buildings behind other tenants. That’s the sort of thing concierges will notice as a safety concern
Be patient and buzz up like all the other visitors are expected to do

Thanks for the info!

Are certain building more trending than others? Seems like some condos are more favorable?

Is it because like you said the building manager knows what's going on, therefore words gets around that the condo is a good location for business?

Location location location.
Metrotown is pretty central.

Richmond used to be terrible , and Auntyville. Fortunately some reputable agencies have places all over now. Most even put on website which SkyTrain is closest I know AF Riza xds and others do the same.

Metrotown is perfect, walk 5 minutes in any direction and you’ll have access to these ladies. All these towers going too just means expansion.

I believe enough information has been provided, further discussion is moot!
"Newbie" BS. You have been a member since 2021and now you decide to ask Building questions? You writing a book, thinking of starting your own incall?
You don't know what you are talking about, so class is dismissed. Stay in your lane.
