Apart from the Chinese place on Portage (I don't know if it's licensed), I'm not aware of any other unlicensed MPs. I've heard of some private ladies who offer massage with extras (only HJ), but my info is no longer current, and it wasn't first hand anyway.
What I meant was, that if anyone has seen these ladies, be very careful what you post and what you share via PM. They want to stay completely under the radar. Unless you're absolutely certain the person you're sharing with via PM is not LE or a bylaw enforcement officer, don't do it.
Even though the main purpose of this board is the sharing of information, this is one exception.
