Newbie here - could you help me with acronyms?

Hi everyone:
I just joined this forum recently, and I must say I find a lot of your posts entertaining if not educational. I was wondering if some of you might help me with the meaning of a few acronyms that I have yet to figure out. I'm even wondering if there is a central place where they are all defined. Here are some examples:

TOFFT

CBJ (I get bj means blow-job, but haven't figured out the 'C')

YMMV

BBBJ (Again, don't know the first 2 BB's)

PSE
CG
RCG

That is a good site. The only one I noticed missing was Micro, I've never been able to figure out the difference between a Micro and an AMP. Anyone?

An AMP = Asian Massage Parlor, an actual licensed business operation, with the obligatory Home Depot 'Open' sign.
Micro = micro-brothel, usually run out of an apartment bldg.
