Not really, some girls stay off the radar for a while. Many customers don't know about PERB, and of those who know, majority don't write reviews anyway.

I have found a couple of really good girls the last year or so who had no or minimal reviews. Carly in POCO and Myla by Metrotown were IMO gems that hadnt really been reviewed. And Ive had the opposite as well. Girls that are well reviewed that I just didnt have a good time with.
Sadly both are gone now but sometimes you have to take a chance. You win some you lose some.

You wouldn't say PERB is completely useless would you? It's not like random unknowns are on average same or better than well reviewed ladies.Ain't THAT the truth!
There are many exceptions and everything, but this was an advice to this particular OP. He has limits on time / travel, so I honestly don't think he should take risks with unknowns.
All- glad to know there are hidden gems out there. Likewise, I'm smart enough to know/use a gut feeling and as they always say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is

But I also very much agreed with black ace's point. I have certainly also had some very good times with the "well reviewed" ladies. However, I've also found that I've often had better experiences with (let's call them) "lesser reviewed to non reviewed" ladies where I trusted my instincts about them than with some of the so called "well reviewed" SPs where they have many positively glowing reviews from a number of members. As for a recommendation for the area in which you'll be staying, dolpheye: It sounds like you'll be within walking distance of the Fox Den. If you don't get any better recommendations before you get here, you could certainly look at who is on their schedule the day you're here. Best of luck to you in your search.
Ok, 1 more question for you experts- if I can swing it, I'm hoping to be free for early afternoon. I have to think there is an inherent benefit to being a SP's first client for the day- any one care to disagree? and if so, why?
Yes usually earlier is better. There is Swedish Heidi who is by Metrotown, I think Chelsea is around there also. If you do a search for "Metrotown" there should be some reviews.

I'm thinking more of micro than independent when I ask this. realizing there is an exchange rate involved (currently 1USD=1.12CAD) but it would actually mean more $ for them if I pay them the same amount but with USD (200USD for example, is worth 224CAD today). Seeing as how most of you are local and could not care less, I will understand if no one actually knows...Thoughts?

You don't say if you are looking for Caucasian or Asian girls.
Most of the Caucasian girls are quite aware of the advantage of taking US$, and you probably won't have any trouble.
With the Asian girls, language is often limited, and understanding the concept of a different currency, and explaining that it is worth more, might be difficult. There is seldom a handler in the suite, so you are dealing with a girl who usually isn't doing this work because she's paying for her Harvard MBA.
Almost all hotels will exchange your funds for a few extra points. I'd recommend exchanging it before going to the SP.
If you are into Asian girls, search for 0690 on ERSlist.com. One of their locations is directly behind Metrotown, and they usually have high quality Korean girls in a very nice apartment. Although a little further away, probably about a $15.00 cab ride, are a cluster of Asian micros (apartments run by a handler, each with a group of girls) around the Highgate Shopping Centre. Search ERSlist.com for 0753 and 5890. They also mostly offer Korean girls. The Korean girls tend to be better looking and younger than most other Asian providers and the agencies I've mentioned have good reputations. not at all useless. I use it more to sort out the rejects then anything else though.
