Hi I am new to Canada. Just moved here. Just wondering why it seems very different than Toronto and Montreal. No agency? No reviews? Not many going on in the Vancouver forum. Anyone can help me to the right direction? Also many SPAs? What's that all about. Please help a new comer. If something can't be answer here please PM me.
