Hi all,
I'm going to be in Vancouver next week for a few days and thought I'd sample some of the local talent. I'm just wondering if anyone can suggest some good places? I've seen the websites for places like Madame Cleos or BBC, and while they look very inviting, they have gotten some bad reviews on here. On the flip side, I'll be new to town and without my ow transport, so going out to micro's and indies in the suburbs could be a lot of hassle. I have noticed a lot of references to some place run my Moe or Joe which seems to be very popular?? Do they require a lot of advance booking??
Anyways, any recommendations or warnings would be greatly appreciated!
