There is a lot to go through, and especially with some language barriers it is tough to read between the lines.

Basically I am seeking a decent massage, with a nude hand release. Is that considered Half Service?

A non full service hour long massage with happy ending, with the woman preferably being naked. I tried calling a parlour near work and I was more confused than when I started. I think they were trying to upsell me to full service?
Are there any straight shooters in the Asian parlour world?

Like the WestcoastRider says, search the reviews. I think I've mentioned a few recently that may fit your liking. I might have broken it out by FS, HS, and HE. Feel free to ping some of the regulars. They are usually open to honest question.
