I didn’t see this lady you’re talking about, but this is not unheard of to have a bad experience with a lady, as I said I’ve had a very bad one at BB too. From my experience, I’ve never been asked to handle payment at the desk, always in the room privately with the lady. And about the ‘toothless hag’ I mean… ok.. I guess lol, every time I’m there I see different receptionist, and from the 2 words we exchange they are mostly nice. Overall for me BB and HH at the same quality tbh

if you had a very bad experience at BB let me know with who please. We're not talking $ 100 bucks here for a massage and a " happy ending " BB or HH you can drop $ 500 in a heartbeat. Of course I respect your right to your opinion but I think if we are out there and are willing to spend our money we should be forewarning members
of poor and unacceptable experiences.
Naming the individual (s ) helps members here who the hell wants to drop $500 and walk away without getting reasonable service for the fee they charged you. I've personally have never been to HH so I can't comment on them, but I trust the information that was passed on to me without question.

one thing about haven house is you can do a walk in and see who is available and see if the pics match the face..

He pre booked it, he booked it based on the information about the girl on HH website.

Thank you Ava. I wasn’t sure how to respond to this at first. Because giving back someone’s faith in humanity through a perb post, was the last thing I expected to read!
I’ve been trying to quit the industry for a while now. For many reasons, but none of them have ever had to do with how I’ve been treated by you girls.
In a lotta ways, it’s the complete opposite.
It’s more a matter of liking it a little too much! 😉

I’d lost my faith in pretty much everything a few years back.
And then a visit to one of the Kelowna agencies completely saved my life in more ways than one!
I was shown compassion for the first time in ages.
In a place I least expected it to happen!
Yes, there’s been some bad experiences along the way.
But overall, my life wouldn’t be what it is today if it wasn’t for you girls.
So ya, reading hateful and disrespectful posts in here always turns my gut a little bit.
